Treatment Objectives:
This treatment is designed to lower Body Mass Index (BMI) in individuals who are obese (BMI of 30 or higher) or overweight (BMI between 27 and 30) and have one or more weight-related health conditions.
Eligibility Criteria:
This treatment is available for:

Adults aged 18 to 74 years

Individuals with a BMI of 30 or higher

Those who have not achieved meaningful weight loss through a supervised diet, behavioural changes, and increased physical activity

Individuals with a BMI of 27 or higher who also have at least one weight-related health condition, such as:

Hypertension (high blood pressure)

Dyslipidaemia (abnormal levels of lipids or “bad” cholesterol in the blood)

Obstructive sleep apnoea

Dysglycaemia (pre-diabetes or type 2 diabetes mellitus)
